Today the wind started howling and the temperature dropped a good twenty degrees. It was a brutal reminder that Spring is not quite ready to settle in and get comfortable. I love watching the storm clouds gather and marvel at the strong contrasting colors that wash through the sky. The garden preparations continue as we still have our peas soaking for planting tomorrow. I am hoping for a good rain storm during the night to soak in the fertilizer that I spread on our half acre of lawn. We will get some onion starts tomorrow also for our giant salsa garden.

uh oh I dont see a net on that hoop
I was waiting for the winter weather to disperse. I didn’t want our fancy new basketball net to get any snowburn. Travis is actually starting to show interest in hoops so I better get the net put up soon. That was a very thoughtfull gift. Thanks Weasel and Big T.
We are hoping for another summertime invite to the Lee’s. Quinn keeps asking us when we are going back to Richfield. Take care.
